We guarantee our products are brand new, authentic and come in their original box/packaging. We will not be able to guarantee the condition of the shoebox or if the shoes have minor crease, etc. If you are a collector, we would recommend for you to purchase from a retail store so you can physically inspect the product.
If the product you received is "defective", we will exchange it for the same item instead of processing a refund.
Otherwise, you may return general products purchased from Dripla.com within five (5) days of the date of delivery in their original, unused condition including original shoebox (shoebox can't be taped up and must be returned as well) for a refund of the merchandise value short of a 10% restocking fee.
