WHAT IS THE DRIPLA RETURN POLICY?

DripLA guarantees that all products we sell, including men's and women's footwearapparelaccessorieshats, are brand new, authentic, and comes in original packaging/box.

We cannot guarantee the excellent condition of the shoebox or if the shoes have minor crease, etc. If you believe that you received a "defective" product, we will gladly exchange it for the same item instead of processing a refund. If you are a collector, please visit our Los Angeles retail store to carefully inspect the product before purchase.

Otherwise, you may return products purchased from DripLA online or in-store within five (5) days from the date it was delivered. Items must be in their original packaging, unused condition, and with the original shoebox, it came with. The shoebox can't be damaged or taped up and must also be returned.

A 10% RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE APPLIED TO ALL RETURNS.

SPECIAL RELEASES ARE FINAL SALE.

SALES ON ALL DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
