WHAT IS THE DRIPLA RETURN POLICY?

DripLA guarantees that all products we sell, including men's and women's footwear, apparel, accessories, hats, are brand new, authentic, and come in original packaging/box.

If you have any questions about our products or our return policy, please email us or call our store number during regular business hours before placing the order. 

We accept returns of products purchased from DripLA online or our Hollywood store within five (5) business days from the date it was delivered. Items must be in their original packaging, unused condition, and original shoebox/packaging, new condition with all original tags attached. The packaging must also be returned and can't be damaged or taped up. We require a receipt or proof of purchase for all returns. Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.

To cancel your order or start a return, please contact us via email at info@shopdripla.com, providing your name, contact info, and the reason for the return.  

If we haven't shipped the items yet, we will cancel your order and initiate the full refund. To read more information about refunds, visit our Refund Policy page. 

If the items you've purchased have been shipped or delivered to you, A 10% RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE APPLIED.

WRONG ITEM RECIEVED

If you believe you've received the wrong model, size, or color, we will gladly exchange the item and will cover shipping charges.

DAMAGED ORDER

If the products you purchased from DripLA got damaged during shipping, we will exchange the items with identical one or provide a full refund without applying restocking fees. Please email us picture proof of damages along with the order number and contact your information. We will review your return request and will provide a paid return label on approved return. DEFECTIVE ITEMS

DripLA carefully inspects our merchandise before it is shipped out. We guarantee there are no defective products shipped out. If you have any questions regarding the product you've received, please email us info@shopdripla.com a description/photos of a defective product or give us a call during regular business hours. 

EXCHANGES

If you didn't like the item you purchased or changed your mind, you can submit a return or exchange request via email within five days from the date you've received for exchange or refund. A 10% RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE APPLIED.

SPECIAL / EXCLUSIVE RELEASES

All products shipped by DripLA on special terms are considered special / exclusive items and are NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGE. 

SALE ITEMS

Discounted items are final sale and CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.

GIFTS CARDS

If the item was purchased using our eGift cards, we will issue another gift card upon receiving and inspecting the item. 

SHIPPING

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 6376 Hollywood Blvd, Los Angeles, CA, 90028, United States.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We cannot guarantee the excellent condition of the shoebox or if the shoes have minor crease, etc. If you believe that you received a "defective" product, we will gladly exchange it for the same item. 

The original shipping charges on order will not be refunded. 

We will not accept packages sent to us without first contacting us for return authorization. 

If you are a collector, please visit our Los Angeles retail store to inspect the product carefully before purchase.

We reserve the right to deny return requests if the items returned do not meet our return policy terms.
